Amazing views of the valley and courtyard from here, the room was extremely clean with a luxurious marble-lined bathroom and hypoallergenic pillows.

My Christmas stay at this place was perfect, with beautifully decorated units, a large terrace, a great patio, and the best staff!

had a fairly nice experience staying at the classic double room. location: the hotel was close enough to town square, and orvieto, torgiano, assisi. also, it was 7 km from saint anne's well.

Huge and fantastic room, it included a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar. A bath in the marble bathroom was a plus...

Thank you for a wonderful stay at this spotless and charming hotel. the lovely staff truly enhances the experience. the breakfast choices are quite nice. Be sure to book the classic king room, which offers a terrific view and a lovely terrace. the hotel is in a marvelous location, right next to the magnificent Piazza del Popolo and just steps away from a great restaurant.

Lovely views and WELCOMING staff. From my room I could see the cathedral. Fantastic position near to chiesa di san fortunato. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Pizzeria Italo that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The balcony was nice. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. I recommend this property without hesitation and will certainly stay here again...

The room we had overlooked a main gathering spot so was even noisier than expected. The hotel did not appear full; would have been nice to have a quieter room.

Spotless and pleasant accommodation with an excellent location overlooking the valley. the staff is amicable, and the double room offers an amazing view. There’s a nice breakfast with a great selection of goodies. Honestly, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was centrally located in Todi, one of my favorite Umbrian medieval towns. The staff was extremely helpfuil and pleasant. The room was clean and nicely deocrated with a very good bathroom attached. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant. I strongly recommend this hotel. It's also a pretty good value for the money.

The only thing I did not like, and it is minor, is that our room looked out onto a fire escape. But we could have requested a different view, but did not bother since our experience was so good otherwise.

The town is off the beaten track, no hordes of tourists. One can take little day trips for hikes, or go to a nearby Lake for a swim and a meal. Hotel staff were friendly, family-run and the family is very personable.

It was a very pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious four-star hotel in the heart of a charming Italian town. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the historic center surrounded by picturesque views and easy access to restaurants and beautiful sites. The hotel itself was like stepping into a fairytale with its beautifully quaint and old-world building. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The receptionist in particular was a wealth of local knowledge, providing great tips on attractions and activities in and around the town.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough to my friends. The location, service, and overall experience were all exceptional.

Value of the room for the money. While the building itself is beautiful the rooms seem more like glorified motel rooms than a 4 star hotel.
